Here's an another picture by Ms. E
Hynniewta. It was
taken by her on the January 11th. She tells me that it is on the Dihing River at
Khowang Ghat, that is about 30 kms to the west of Dibrugarh along the
Mancota Road beyond Jokai Forest. The cyclist was chasing the ferry in
which Ms. E H was. He wanted a lift in their boat. He got the lift and Ms.
E H got a lively picture
