(XVIII) OF 1994 (Regt no C-82629/10) HAVING IT'S REGISTERED OFFICE AT
HOUSE NO 406,(2ND FLOOR),ROAD NO 29 NEW DOHS,MOHAKHAKLI,
DHAKA,BANGLADESH
ALL PLANTERS ARE REQUESTED TO ENROL AS MEMBER ABSTRACT FROM MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION RELATED TO MEMBERSHIP
( ................... Affiliate Members of the Club will include persons, and also
those Planters who are in sympathy with the objects of the Club and
admitted as Members in the following categories without the voting rights: a. HONORARY MEMBERS: Namely those owner of registered tea estate of
social standing who have made significant contribution towards the objects of
the Club and former expatriate planters or widow of senior planters and have
been admitted as members of the Club. Honorary Members shall be admitted
on invitation for such duration as decided by the Executive Committee provided
that the membership of such Member is not discontinued under Art. 16.
Honorary Member shall not be required to pay any membership fee or
annual subscription.In the event of death of a Founder or Donor Member
his/her spouse may be admitted as Honorary Member of the Club.................................................. )

Bangladesh Club The launching was held on 12.12.2010 in Dhaka at Naval Head Quarters
multipurpose hall. Total 320 plus guests attended. Owners, ex and
present planters were there, the chairman of Bangladesh Tea Board
Maj Gen Mahboob Hasan was chief guest.
